The Chief Executive Officer of the National Food Reserve Agency (NFRA) has announced that recruitment interviews will take place from 01st to 04th September 2025. After the interviews, and today NFRA released Job Interview Results all successful candidates will be assigned to their respective workstations.
This notice provides key guidelines that every shortlisted candidate must follow to prepare properly.
Interview Dates and Venues
The NFRA will conduct interviews on the scheduled dates listed in the official announcement. Each position has a specific time and venue, so candidates should carefully review the schedule and arrive on time.
Identification Requirements
Every candidate must present a valid identification document for verification.
Accepted IDs:
- Resident ID
- Voter ID
- Work ID
- National ID
- Passport
- Driving License
- Official introduction letter from local government
Without proper identification, you will not be allowed to sit for the interview.
Original Certificates Required
Applicants must bring their original certificates, including:
- Birth Certificate
- Form IV and Form VI Certificates
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree Certificates
- Any other relevant academic or professional documents
However, result slips, testimonials, provisional results, or statements of results will not be accepted. Candidates who bring these documents will not proceed with the interview.
Professional Registration (If Applicable)
If the position requires professional registration, candidates must carry:
- Original registration certificates
- Valid practice licenses
These documents will confirm that you are legally allowed to work in your profession.
Applicants with Foreign Certificates
Did you study outside Tanzania? Then you must verify your certificates with the relevant authority before the interview. Depending on your qualification, this could be:
- TCU (Tanzania Commission for Universities)
- NACTVET (National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training)
- NECTA (National Examinations Council of Tanzania)
Name Differences in Documents:
If your academic documents show different names, you must present an official deed poll approved by the Ministry of Lands to avoid disqualification.
Personal Expenses:
Candidates must pay for their own food, transport, and accommodation. NFRA will not provide allowances for these costs.
