Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and Execute ICT Strategy – Create and present a forward-looking ICT strategy that includes enterprise system deployment, digital transformation, and infrastructure upgrade that is in line with business objectives.
- Infrastructure & Network Oversight – Manage storage systems, LAN/WAN networks, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), data centers, and hybrid cloud environments from start to finish. Assure secure setups and system performance.
- Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery – Develop and manage BCP and DR protocols. Implement backup strategies and enforce failover mechanisms to guarantee high availability and data integrity.
- IT Service Management & Performance Monitoring – Drive ITIL-aligned service delivery. Deploy proactive monitoring tools, manage incidents effectively, and maintain a secure, high-performance ICT ecosystem.
- Policy, Compliance & Risk Governance – Establish ICT policies, SOPs, and risk frameworks in line with international standards. Ensure compliance with regulations and safeguard assets through robust cybersecurity measures.
- Leadership & Team Development – Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams, set performance targets, foster innovation, and embed a culture of service excellence.
- Budgeting & Vendor Management – Lead ICT budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX). Manage procurement, evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and align investments with strategic priorities.
- Project & Change Management – Deliver ICT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Drive process re-engineering and ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
- Operational Oversight – Supervise payments (TIPS/TISS), call center operations, branch functions, audits, customer support, and clearing services.
- Risk and Compliance – Develop and enforce operational policies and control measures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Customer-Centric Service – Guarantee seamless and high-quality service delivery across all channels, both digital and physical.
- Operational Risk Management – Oversee reconciliations, incident tracking, and risk self-assessments to minimize exposure.
- Performance Monitoring – Continuously track KPIs and customer feedback to drive service quality improvements.
- Business Continuity & SLA Monitoring – Lead business continuity planning and monitor SLAs to maintain consistent performance.
- Continuous Improvement – Promote process automation, cost optimization, and workflow efficiency.
- Talent Development – Build capacity through recruitment, training, succession planning, and performance management.
- Other Duties – Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in ICT and operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Professional Certifications: CCNA, CISA, MCSE (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record in managing ICT operations and driving digital transformation.
