Role Overview: Marketing Manager – Spirits
Scope: The Spirits portfolio, which includes but is not limited to Johnnie Walker, Don Julio, Singleton, Captain Morgan, Smirnoff, and Chrome, is managed by this senior leadership role within the SBL Marketing team. Implementing strategic efforts that promote short-, medium-, and long-term brand growth depends heavily on this job.

Purpose & Responsibilities

- Champion brand equity and oversee brand positioning to ensure clarity and uniqueness.

Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications:
- Business-related degree or equivalent
Experience & Skills:
- 8+ years of marketing experience, including leadership positions; at least 5 years of consumer marketing experience in the industrial or FMCG industries.
- Excellent project management abilities combined with a strong business sense.
- Demonstrated capacity to oversee many market participants while abiding by global governance regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire diverse teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.
