The ICU is responsible for coordinating foreign and visiting scholars, managing collaborative partnerships, and organizing University Convocation activities.

Internship Details

• Position: Intern (2 Posts)
• Location: MUHAS, Dar es Salaam
• Duration: September – October 2025
• Type: Full-time Internship
• Reports to: Head of Unit

Key Responsibilities

As an intern at the ICU, you will:

1. Plan and support the weekly schedule of activities.
2. Prepare meetings, workshops, and reports.
3. Coordinate scholar exchange and student link programs.
4. Facilitate joint activities between MUHAS and collaborating institutions.
5. Promote exchange programs, including drafting media plans.
6. Support elective studies, courses, and short-term training within MUHAS units.
7. Assist in organizing University Convocation activities.
8. Undertake other duties assigned by the Head of Unit.

Required Competencies

Applicants must demonstrate:

• Experience in extracurricular activities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
